I mined it for over 14 hours, nothing. stratum+tcp://ffc.ispace.co.uk:3334   <<   this pool payed at appropriate rates (you know, consistent with shares/difficulty and paid rapidly)   I mined this coin because it looked neat, 700billion units and a very bad "main" pool has me thinking the other way. opensource coin all over again *sighs*   If the pool owner wants to mmessage, reply pm etc, do so.




basically there are way better options to aim your asics at, I am very annoyed to have wasted my efforts. If a pool is not up and functional it shouldn't have the damn coins name for the site. interesting coin. But wondering why only a few people are interesting in this coin. At this moment it looks like a perfect coin for all trader. With only need ca. 30 btc at a price at 0,00000616 to buy all mined coins for one month up.

Would anyone be interested in donating FFC or BTC towards professional development of the FireFlyCoin website?

I have contacted the creator of ByteCoin.biz, a very good designer, for redoing FireFlyCoin.com.

As you can tell my web design skills are minimal and crappy.

His rate to redesign the entire site is 2 BTC or roughly 333,000 FFC at current rate from Cryptsy.

I will replace the P2Pool with an MPOS pool, reason I didn't right off the back is because FireFlyCoin.com is hosted on a relatively weak VPS.

And anyone who is familiar with MPOS knows it uses a good amount of disk space and other resources.

With the new design I will upgrade the server to accommodate a better pool.

If we do get some donations that would be excellent, once I give him a deposit of 1 BTC up front he will make some rough drafts and I will post them here for the users to choose which design they like best.

I feel like the pool is not paying correctly.
I get a payment every 2 or 3 mins (90 to 95) for an hour then 2 hours go by and I get one payment for less than my other payments(25 to 30).

I let it run all night and about ever hour it stops paying for about 2 hours.. I don't understand.. Is the pool skimming off me?

I though maybe my hardware is dropping the pool but it my hardware doesn't do this on any other pool.

I feel like I'm getting ripped off!!

Sorry about that, I would use the iSpace pool listed in the OP for now.

I don't know what that things problem is and the only skimming it should be doing is the 2% fee.

I will probably just shut the pool off on the main site so I don't piss off anymore people, lol.

I think if the coin had a better looking website it would make the price go up a little. 

Perhaps gain a little more interest with a better look.

It's good to see that I'm not the only one having trouble with the main pool- that is to say
that now I know the problem isn't on my end only.
