I will suggest that if you start a contest for creating it then all of the designers will participate to make the signature design for you and then out of all of them you will select that one which is much attractive.
You can also ask from the signature campaign manager yahoo62278 that which designer is working with him as he often bring a signature campaign with most attractive signature designs
+1 for the idea of signature contest I haven't seen one for a while now, and I'm losing confidence to show off.
I think mostly Mr.yahoo is contacting Jayce for a set of signature that need to be done asap.

P.S. @O.P you can have a signature design contest with only a good capital for it you can really choose a good design for your project and it will bring a more audience to your company.
