Yes, 4 meg blocks and mine-able. Most of the code for article publishing is done, 50% of the code for messaging/forums is done. But, I'll release a working version and then keep the updates coming. How are you planning to distribute NextWeb Coin? Will it be mined?
When will you publish the source code and release the wallet?

@Lucica: Yes, it's global. The wallet (client) supports up to 40 languages; obviously including all popular languages. And it bypasses the GFW (Great Firewall of China) - no censorship whatsoever. Hi. Can you explain to me. Will this project be available worldwide, or just in some countries? Thanks.

The wallet also supports an anonymous marketplace. For example: fiverr.com allows members to offer their digital services - SEO, logo/graphics/web design, video production, etc - to other members. However, fiverr.com take a significant portion of each transaction. With NextWeb Coin is there is no middle-man to take a cut.
But, there is one issue: illegal content.
Recently, child pornography links were found in the BTC blockchain, which caused some backlash.
How does a new censorship-free publishing platform deal with illegal content? I’m interested in your opinions.
