When I go to CoinEX.pw it shows up a message saying:

This page (https://coinex.pw/) is currently offline. However, because the site uses CloudFlare's Always Online™ technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site. We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version. Always Online™ is powered by CloudFlare | Hide this Alert

Is CloudFlare.com own by the NSA or CIA?
I was wondering if the NSA fetched me an alt site similar to coinEX.pw ?

To be on the safe side
NEVER vist any page on the internet ever again
Stop posting
Turn your computers off
Go into hiding

NEVER be heard from again

You would make SOOOOO many people happy if you did this
