It is minable and no its not going to be a token.... we are still finalizing the development and apps to go with it.

We plan to utilize the full capability of the blockchain tech to benefit everyone, as this is not a coin only development where script kiddies develop a coin and abandon it after a few months, NEOM COIN is as ambitious as Project NEOM itself.
