Why you do not try public investment with smaller minimum investment? I think it will attract more investors.

Yes, that is correct. This is only for private investors, however, if we don't get enough interest we will open it up for the public.

Good, providing public investment with lower minimum invest would be better as you can get many investors with smaller amount but overall the amount can be bigger than private investment with high minimum invest. Surely you can try to offer investment first for some period of time to see whether there is good interest from big investors or not. Good luck with it.
