[ban request] 21 Alt-accounts spamming the same thread in the same format

I'm managing a bounty campaign that doesn't require to spam this forum. All entries should be made through Google Docs, which is what most people do.
Some people still post Facebook and Twitter links in the thread. This morning I saw massive spam: 21 accounts all post in the exact same format, all registered very close together. This makes it very likely they're all alt accounts. Please consider an IP-check followed by a ban for spamming:

As far as I know, there isn't.
All spammers are wasting valuable time, but it's also an easy opportunity to get rid of 21 spammer accounts at once.

Bump, as he's started another spam round.

It's quite clear they're connected. Except for two of them (Artem0008 and coddor92), all the rest of the accounts have a creation date on Twitter also during October 2017. Some of them have even got a different face posted on the twitter account than on the facebook account, being for example one male and the other female, or two different female.

I suppose keeping track of so many alter egos can confuse one's own gender eventually ..

P.D. We could ask Zuckerberg for a complete profile data dump to check account relation. I've heard they're complete giveaways these days.
