This is one of few ways to be bit-rich, find your bitcoins after forgetting them. It would be nice if I found my Bitcoins now (or in five years) instead of selling at $2 or $15 or $50.

Was an offline wallet I totally forgot about from my early days of trying bitcoin. Funny because I bought a whole bunch more on my newer laptop probably 2 months later that I eventually then sold and cashed out of bitcoin almost entirely this year. Definitely forgetting about them would be the best way, no itchy trigger finger if you can't remember you had them haha.

Share the wealth  Wink

If it was 3000 bitcoins maybe lol.
So lucky yet greedy..  Undecided
If i had found 5 I would have shared at least 1 among a few people.. Smiley

Bitcoin is probably once in a life time thing for me, my close friends and family have always benefited since my first Bitcoin cash out.

So I was sort of "spring cleaning" through my tech, old MacBooks and what not and I realized I had a bitcoin wallet stored on my last Macbook from 2012 and found 300 bitcoins just hanging out. What a nice surprise!

Well done!

Nice!
I used to have a wallet back in the day with 30BTC then i forgot the dam password.  It happens when you're a noobie in the beginning of the early BTC years.  Then after like 2 years, out of no where I remember the password and btc was like $200 plus at the time before the crash.

Haha I love when this happens.  Never found 300 though.  I have 2 wallets with forgotten passes that total about 12 BTC, tried that service with no luck, found 2 in some casino site ( got 'em at 3USD ) in april, 6 on an old HDD a few months ago, and bunch of other small stuff.  Had so many when they were worth under $10 I was like hood-rich with them, sending everywhere.  ADHD+BTC=LOL

Congratulations!

If you feel like sharing, you know how to find me! Tongue

Enjoy!

The most I've ever found in a neglected wallet was 0.01 BTC. lol.

Buy a TREZOR! Premier BTC hardware wallet. If you're reading this, you should probably buy one if you don't already have one. You'll thank me later.

officially cashed out all but 100btc of it. See maybe how far that 100btc might go in the future, plus that number is growing with the more cigars I sell through bitcoin.
