Not just bitcoin is falling down , and so most of the altcoins are falling down also. But in times like this it is hard for a newbie in cryptocurrency to hold because as i saw in many newbie in crypto that they are dumping their tokens and selling them in a low profits. But for me i will keep holding all my tokens until i can have more profits from them , and i will still wait until their value rises up.

A sincere advice would be to go for coins like Paragon,  Cardano and Lisk right now. These are altcoins and you can certainly hold them for a long time. They will not go be disappointing, I can vouch.
