NEBO/Neubulous going like a rocket up after Twitter update!!

I just read this tweet on Twitter and noticed NEBO is going up like a rocket on idex.market what do you guys think about this? I
always loved NEBO and have been holding since the beginning but I might get extra now!

Well except that it acted like a rocket ascending, and just one day later like the landing back on earth, I can't find a lot about NEBO; Currently the rocket effect made some people buy NEBO on idex the other day, but now that NEBO landed back this money doesn't really exist anymore, at least for now.
The Neubulous website is down since, and there is nothing new about it;
Does someone know who made the annoucement about the partnership that will be announced with Cdiscount ? How can it be said if the anouncement hasn't be done yet ?
