It is possible to name which account has been banned? Because I see a lot of threads were created by the same accounts.
I can't read chinese so I don't know it is a spambot or not, but creating a lot of threads is quite suspicious.

Hi Cyrus, I have been trying to get my hacked account reset. Sent you PM multiple times but won't get a reply.  This is very sad man I did not want to post anything like this but I ran out of my limitation of 2 PMs a day. Can you please have a look at it.
