Everyday I see lots altcoins on Binance increase 10-40%, then I look at BTC dominance and it stays relativly the same around 44.3%. Are smaller altcoins just draining Ethereum, XRP, ADA, NEO and other big coins of their marketcap?

I don't think they are draining, its that its easier for us, casual traders to put just a small amount of capital to some shitcoins and wait for pump-and-dump and then get the profit.

As far as big altcoins, they are somewhat affected by the price movement of bitcoin, that's why they are also suffering as well. So investors is still reluctant to invest on them but would rather go for small risk high rewards shit coins. But I'm sure that when the top altcoins started to be pump again, investors will suddenly shift their funds or the profit they got from shit coins. I'm sure of that.

Yes I agree that most of these big altcoins or those altcoins that are more known are greatly affected by bitcoins price movement but there is also a time it drops the opposite price. And maybe that's the reason why some investors are looking for coins that have less risks (mostly are new coins) and thinks it has potential and invests more on them than with the common coins that are widely known such as bitcoin and ethereum.

It looks like bitcoin and ethereum in the same way. But basically binance's chart can be manipulated by the whales. And we are know that binance as the biggest exchange site in the world right now. It looks like small coin try to make a come back again the ico price after non-sense crash caused by mtgox trustee in bitcoin and EOS team makes ethereum crashed a lot.

Some of these ALtcoins you are mentioning are very low cap coin and their rise will not move market nor affect the dominance of BTC unless the whole Altcoin market move together to have significant effect on the price of BTC. For me this market need BTC to rise to drag other ALtcoins along with it

If you believe this crypto platform it will raise in next month itself because peoples are supporting to cryptocurrency it will raise soon otherwise we will face these kind of issues in every month. So think positive it will recover in April. But i am not surely predict the future possibilities in cryptocurrency it will pump in the market all are celebrating the day.

Most of the top alts has becoming BTC dependent while those smaller alts you are talking about making a huge growth compared to top alts i think it's because their potential hasn't exposed yet and their price peak is relatively far since some of those alts are newly introduce to the market, as soon as these alts reach its peak and exhaust all of its positive news we might see a cycle where it will become a BTC dependent as well.

Obviously, the altcoins are recovering, which are recovering faster than btc and eth. I think it is a good chance to sell some altcoins since I think btc and ETH will pump later.

The falling and rising activities of altcoins prices just a normal nowadays. I think I am convincedthat crypto market will never come up to stable price forever. We are in the bearish market but for me it will usually bounce back to rise it's value. Like it's previous history their swing up and down. There is a possibility of your theory that these small icons will drain some values of these coins but only a small percentage of it because to think the smaller Altcoins are the most cheapest to purchase for an investment in which you could buy a lot of them with just a small portion of your Bitcoin and Ethereum.

There is a possibility of your theory that these small icons will drain some values of these coins but only a small percentage of it because to think the smaller Altcoins are the most cheapest to purchase for an investment in which you could buy a lot of them with just a small portion of your Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Not all altcoin is rising because i know more than we thought that the altcoin is dropping.
Some new token has proven its power to increase in this very low trust to crypto where the market cap going decrease. As always, altcoin which has very new participant who interest in the project will win.

Bitcoin is the stable coin right now. During the January alt boom, BTC dominance was as low as 30%.
Alt's are moving as always. You could see +10% and -10% in every other moment. They are draining mostly ETH now but it's still very strong, compared to 6 month ago.

At the moment, altcoyins have almost reached their minimums and a strong drawdown if bitcoin goes up there should not be like before when all the violas were inflated at the expense of the December rally. And the dominance of bitcoin is now only 45% because recently on Cryptocurrency Market Capitalizations some 500 different altcoyins have been added that eat the advantage of bitcoin .. If you now remove 500-700 altcoyins as in November 2017 then bitcoin will again grow to 55-60%
