Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Replace the fan if it is damaged. Usually S9 doesn't hash if the fan is dead.

For quality risers, splitters or 133 CFM fans, please visit my eBay listings,

How many months did you run your s9 before the fan damaged?
If it's still under warranty you can try to contact the support and send your miner s9 back to bitmain repair.
If you receive a miner just now with the defective fan then you can request for warranty replacement or product replacement
Check this https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000024827-How-to-apply-specific-replacement-within-warranty

Or if your miner s9 had expired warranty or void warranty I think bitmain is selling fan replacement so you should contact the Bitmain support directly.
You can use this link to contact bitmain support https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Another option, you can use pulse-width-modulated (4 Cable PWM fan) such as Delta fans with high-speed rotation. Have you tried that fan use another power sources, just to make sure that the problem is its fan?.

I have replced two fans with Delta TFC1212DE fans (4wires 12volts 3.9 amp). But now it seems the control board is dead! The new delta fans runs at constant high speeds and none of the LEDs of control board illuminates. The rj45 leds also are off and there is no ethernet connection.
Please help me! Now the behavior with previous fan is similliar with new fans and nothing happens in controlboard. The red leds of first and third hashboards is on. The reset button have no effect on this control board situation.

I found that one of the i/os of zync sink more current so that 3.3 regulatof cant supply it. I have another question.can i replce the zync fpga? Is it completely hardware and no software is in it?
And finally have you source for control bord and original fan?
Regards.
