In Graphene DPoS only active witnesses are compensated for this service. We keep all the mining rewards.

We need to be among the most voted witnesses everyday to maintain our active (mining) position, so reputation is really crucial.

You do not need to trust me as a pool admin if you don't want to. All you need to believe is that I am not stupid. Game theory
