So I uploaded a script to my website where you can buy certain spaces with BTC and I tried to go to the payment sections and it doesn't let you add other payment methods only the normal Authorized.net and PayPal etc etc anyway to edit to accept BTC?

There are a few different ways to do it without running bitcoind..

You can use an API - blockchain.info or inputs.io
Or, you can generate new addresses yourself with something like - github.com/zamgo/PHPCoinAddress
Or, you could generate some addresses with bitaddress.org and store them in a database

It's not hard to do yourself, but there a plenty of people here that will help you out for a few satoshis.

Anyone know how to add the Blockchain API to it?
1) read documentation for blockchain.info
2) examine advertisement script
3) make changes

if you lack the skills to code, pay someone to do it.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
