Why am I not getting my free spins for months now? I'm seeing all this bull shit they're advertising, 200% referral bonus and shit. But I can't get my free spins that you promised? I put over $500 goddamn dollars into your shitty site and then it went to hell.

That is the million dollar question. Their customer support account said they were working on a resolution but that was over 2 weeks ago and they have not returned with an update. The website has been buggy and had ongoing security problems that affected several users. I suspect that fixing the problem would be trivial but they might be refusing to do so until they’ve upgraded their security. I am just speculating since that is all we can do until they decide to offer more transparency.

We all are asking this question for a while. As said above, it's been already long time since anyone got premium spins. It was said that they're working to fix issue, but seems that was just words rather than real work.
It's obvious that something wrong is happening with Freebitco.in.

To fix the issue of daily spins not being credited should be an easy task even for an amateur programmer. However, it's already going on for longer than a month, and since the customer support account disappeared from the forum, I don't think they are really concerned about solving this problem any time soon.

It's a great deception for me to see what happened to freebitco.in. I've been following their steps in a daily basis for years, and after waiting for so long to see they working to improve the platform, I can say I'm already disappointed and hopeless, because it's definitely not going to happen. In my opinion, if they were to fix freebitco.in, they would have already done that.

Freebitco used to be a reputable platform and their representatives were active on the forum solving customers issues, but not anymore, i think it is safe to say that people should boycott the platform now, because things can only get worse from here on.

You think the platform isn't already abandoned? This stuff would never have happened with wetsuit or TheQuin actively manning the website, but something appears to that at this point something has happened to them that prevents them from continuing to work on the site normally, or even shut it down properly a la LocalBitcoins. It is a bad way for a service to die.

It is a really bad way for a service to end, especially since it used to be a reputable platform. I also wonder why they have not yet shut down the platform completely. Can they shut down the platform without solving some of the pending issues they are having, especially the one that has to do with withdrawals and all? Wouldn't they have to answer to the authorities? I don't know if those who run it, that's TheQuin and wetsuit, are known, if they are, then they may be sued, no?
