Anytime is always a right time to invest in ICO, as long as the project and the team is legit. Many ICO nowadays are made just to scam investors, an investor should do his/her responsibility to nake efforts to research about the ICO he is willing to invest in to avoid to get scam..

It depends on the project you want to invest. There are a lot of scam projects in the market that tries to raise money now. If you know how to cover yourself from scam you can invest in ICO's anytime.

it depends on the ICO that you're going to invest because this season, not all ICOs are legitimate, probably half of them are scams and bogus.
But if you really know that ICO and the dev teams behind that project then it's a good start to hit that invest button.
it's good to invest ICO while they're on their kickstart but it's better to invest on new altcoins when they bumped on coin exchanges because we can sure that they're not scam and bogus especially when the trade volume is at least $50,000 daily.

Hello!U know many ico is scam now u need to do self investigation before u invest in some icos.First u need to check the whitepaper,advisors,team,names,surnames,place where is they base office in google maps if all information is safe u can take participation in ico,but in near future come ico regulations and i think things go more safe after!

I think any time is good to invest in ICO, as long as it should be selective in choosing it. It is advisable to first conduct research on ICO-related matters, such as project concepts, tracks record of developer team, advisory teams, and cooperation with other related institutions (it would be great if there were legality from the government).

i think if u have more funds it is better to buy some alts considering the price is now below average. im looking at some ICOs sell token for a little bit expensive but when entering in a market the price is much lower than the purchase price.

Or if you really want to go the ICO way find one that has an ACTUAL product and that is solving real life problems, not just putting out a fancy website with keywords all around it to raise a bunch of ETH...

investing in ICOs is a gamble. none of them are real projects set out to contribute anything to the world. there is no product, development, utility, and in short usefulness. you buy a lottery ticket when you invest in ICOs and sometimes this ticket gives you some of your money back sometimes with a profit but there is no way of predicting it so it is highly risky and a gamble.

Every day is a right time to invest in ico .since the pre sale take months before its done..the only problem here is how to find the right ico that will give you profit and not failure..only 1 out of then become truthful in every promises ico made to attract investors but the truth is its just a promise and will never happen until the end of ico and later they will run with you money..so please take good care and always value money
