I believe we'll see the $1,000,000 mark around 2030ish, and after that we'll go back to 6 figures, in which people will start creating threads like this one. Back in the days $100, $1000, $10,000 looked outrageous too, and look what we have achieved in such a short period of time. It all depends on the time frame we're in, and if it continues in the same way more or less, which I am sure of it will, then $50,000 will be how we look at $500 right now. I like to read back through older threads where people hype each other up to sell at $200 because it was the top on that moment, and that makes me feel good because it makes you understand and see how much growth we have gone through. What's expensive today is ultra cheap tomorrow, that's the main point of importance this market has taught us. Long term holders are the real winners here, that's a fact no one can refute.

Bitcoin value has never reach such value before now and I don't it will reach such height in value in the next five decade. And if it hit such value we will celebrate because at that time holding holding one million satoshi will be like holding one million dollars.

To much expectations about the price of bitcoin in the future, bitcoin will never reach that super high price even by 2050.

If the price of one bitcoin reason one million, imagine how big the market capital would be and is it even possible to transfer that kind of money with ease.  I am really happy with the current price and i am not sure what the market will look like five years from now let alone twelve years. The price might reach those valuations or we might even see new revolutionary technology by that time, anything is possible.

I'm not sure bitcoin will reach the value of 1 billion dollars by 2030 although in 2012 there are predicting bitcoin value reaches 12K and damn right dude bitcoin has reached 12K even more than that 21K bitcoin has achieved great value, and then some say bitcoin will exceed 45K in 2025 and it's still a question mark. I'm sure bitcoin will reach 100K only by 2030   and that's a very high value to predict. Cheers

You must be kidding here. Bitcoin will never reach $1M because that is an enormous value even if only 1000 bitcoins would be available on the earth. I dont think bitcoin is so priceless that it could worth that much and the price is also very volatile so that market would fluctuate a lot then and people would either lose a lot of money or make a lot of profit. We are talking here about $1M in todays money because in the future 1,000,000$ could be considered only 10.000$ of today's money and bitcoin value would be the same as today.

It will be a bit of a job finding this thread after another 12 years.
I think the value will rise for sure because BTC offers so much more over FIAT,
there are so many people who have yet to discover this.

Even if bitcoin will reach $1,000,000 at the year of 2030ish then it is still too early to talk about this and no one knows if thats will really happen that time. But I am also waiting for that year and I am not expecting that too high. Average high amount of bitcoin is enough for me, as long as I don't lose some of my bitcoin.

as for 1,000,000 USD per BTC - you think governmets would allow bitcoin to be as big as US GDP? Doubt that. Governments can easily shut down all major exchanges if they see bitcoin as a threat to their money-printing venture
