That is the game, do you sell now and hopefully get a lower price to buy back in or by selling now will it start to increase after you have sold.

You could take some out if you are dependant on your 1 btc financially, you could also look at the altcoin markets but seeing how concerned you are with bitcoin it might not be the best move as alts are far more volatile than bitcoin.

Of course Bitcoin long term investment. That's why we should just hold out bitcoins now. And no doubt that it will growth ten times minimum from this levels of price. But now we see simple correction. We should just wait for the end of it.

Ya if bitcoin goes down then I think altcoins will also go down and go down even more... I am not totally dependent financially on those 1 bitcoins but yes I invest some decent amount of money into it...really confused on what to do

Mostly it's a fake news, the reason for the price down it's because of panic selling due to spreading FUD's.
If you lose already and still holding your bitcoin I suggest that you stay holding it until the price reaches the higher price to make a good profit than you are selling it for a low price then you lose.
I hope that you have some extra money for investment if you find the price dropping, buying will be a good idea and sell them if the price increases back again. Just to save your bitcoin for losing profit and make a profit for extra money.

it is currently bitcoin is down, and this bitcoin price decline make some investors are worried about losses. for that if we have a lot of bitcoin if it is worried about greater losses should be to sell some bitcoin and leave some of it to wait for price movement bitcoin Furthermore, because bitcoin prices can go down and can also rise anytime, for that we must be patient waiting for rising bitcoin prices in order to benefit from the investment that we do today in bitcoin.

Nothing is sure right now. These days the price could go up to over 10.000$ or go down to 5000$ because the price stays stable at 8000$ since the beginning of March and no one can tell you for sure what is going to happen. I would recommend to just hold you bitcoin in wallet because the price is going to increase someday and you are going to make profit. It is much safer than selling your bitcoin now and waiting for the price to go down since everyone wants to go up. There are dozens of news against bitcoin wich say that the price will go down but it seems that bitcoins is stable at 8000$ and it is not moving in any direction. Last days after the summit the price increased to 9000$ so probably when the next summit is going to take place bitcoin will go up to 10.000$

Could you mind to put a source where you see news bitcoin will go down? If you really have one btc on your wallet you should more carefully to read the information. I suggest to you for read in the site who have trustworthy, like https://www.ccn.com and https://cointelegraph.com I'm sure both site is good for use a reference. And now, if you still remembered with news that your read before, I have solution for often see the movement price, if the price continue to decline you must sell it and buy when price in the lower price.

I agree with you. if you invest your bitcoin for long term I don't think you have to worry because I know it will double the price of your bitcoin. There are some speculations that before bitcoin will hit 50k usd it will experience its dip again. so If I were you , hold your butcoin and wait even it takes time.

If the average price of what you are holding is lower than the current price then you can go sell. But i would recommend to just sell a portion of it.

Bitcoin can not fall below 8k dollars for a long time. One of the reasons is that mining will not be profitable for most miners. AMD and Nvidia know about this and partially control the cost of bitcoins.  There are a number of other reasons, but I think that is enough.

Hold it, considering the negative Issues about Bitcoin now very much from various parties that make almost all Bitcoin holders restless. Don't be consumed by negative issues in various media because it can make you more unsteady. Always discuss to the experts in Bitcoin trading in BCT forum.
Analyzing our coins is important to support us making decisions, analyzing our own coins much like :
  • Fundamental Analysis (formulas, graphs, etc.), or
  • Technical Analysis (financial data, market share, business cycles, etc.)

I tend on Fundamental Analysis because it is easy to learn for beginners like me with 2 or 3 different sources eg, between coinmarketcap and google trends
There is almost the same data between current trends and bitcoin prices, this is only a small part to complete when your decision-making, hopefully useful

Better you do not sell your bitcoin, hold your bitcoin better, because when you sell bitcoin and suddenly the price goes up, you will experience great regret, you can buy again when the price goes down by increasing your capital.

price may go down but saying it will go down is just fake news and FUD. there is no indication of any price drop as there is no indication of any price rise for now.
if you are stuck making a decision you can always sell smaller parts. you don't have to sell your whole 1BTC, sell 0.3-0.6BTC for example so that you have some money ready, of course sell only if YOU expect a drop not because you read someone saying it will drop.

So you are holding Bitcoin at a loss, if you believe that Bitcoin can not get back again, then it's time for you to sell your Bitcoin, right now it's what we are seeing is not good we need to a strong faith or a Bitcoin firm believer to continuously hold Bitcoin at this trying time.

If you sell your bitcoins now then also you will be in huge loss. So it will be better to hold your bitcoins for few more months. The price most proabably will increase in upcoming months.
