KNC - does login change? Saturn dying

Does the login change on KNC miners?
admin/admin or root/admin or my miner login for pool no longer works.
I never monkeyed with any of my settings and would only check my pool stats to see if everything was alright. After I initially closed the ie window that showed my knc actions, I never went back.
Now I can't check to see which board is bad, update firmware, etc.
kncforum is a P.O.S. - I can't get past the captcha traptcha - it becomes a loop of frustration.
The office is closed on the weekend, anyway, but I have an email to customer support.
Saturn hashed real well, now it's below 50G.
