A quanto leggo in giro no, apparte qualche rara eccezione che è comunque sconsigliabile usare per due problemi:

a)
AFAIK none of the non-reference wallets for Litecoin correctly calculate the minimum fee needed to ensure that your transaction will be mined.
Cioè tutti i wallet non ufficiali non calcolano correttamente la fee minima per assicurare che la transazione sia confermata.

b)
While the wallet might work at that particular time it is entirely possible that there will be a future upgrade to the Litecoin codebase (such as how tx fees are calculated, for example) that will "break" that client.
E dunque che gli wallet di terze parti possono anche funzionare per ora, ma può darsi che un cambiamento nel codice di Litecoin li renda inservibili (e dunque sarebbe appropriato dare sempre un occhio a eventuali cambiamenti in vista).

BTW: Il founder di litecoin ha pubblicato oggi su reddit un servizio che semplifica la creazione di un wallet cartaceo crittato:
