Is cloud mining bitcoins still profitable? I mean i hear a lot of things from both sides. Amd i wanna make sure that i don't waste time and momey if I would just earn small profits or even worse lose all my investments and waste my time.

Most people who tell you that cloud mining is profitable are just out there trying to get some referral commision off you.

I would strongly discourage you from investing in any form of cloud mining whatsoever. The fact is that over the long run you shouldn't expect to make any profit at all from cloud mining. In fact, you would be lucky to make your capital back.

The two categories of cloud mining sites out there currently are either scams, or unprofitable investments that will result in a terminated contract within a few months due to soaring difficulty and/or decreasing BTC, even though they are advertised as "lifetime" contracts.

Do not invest in cloud mining, that's the best advice I could give.

Since I started being involved in cryptocurrency more than a year ago, I have seen a lot of cloud mining company that offered huge returns in a short period of time to all people that will invest in their mining company but most of them really don't make their promises and continue to scam their investors. Most of them really don't have a mining farm and selling/renting a hash power that doesn't really exist. So yeah, don't waste your time and money by investing on any investment program related to cryptocurrency because you will end up, donating your money to them lol. Cryptocurrency itself are already an investment so better stick to that or if you know how to trade it will be good.

Earning with cloud minings was an old upward trend used to earn profits from your investments but most of them were only scam projects which in realy had no hardware to mine coins in background. Although if there are a few legit cloud mining websites in market but it seems to be time wasting job now

It decent see like the wasting job now, but it is the one in reality! 
I mean i have tested the hashflare many times and also taken reviews from many cloud miners and the results were not good one. Whenever I get the opportunity then I do tell people do not invest your money on this shit otherwise you will come to an end with full loss on your investment. Things are weird in the cloud mining. Currently the rates of coins are dropped and this makes the cloud miners difficult to manage their income and peoples profits. They cant divide such low profit in the maintaining fees, electricity bills, rent space and employee salary and much more. Just think about it twice. To be honest it will never work out in the reality. What will work out is get the set up of hardware wallet done at your house and have the benefits after year or so.

As far as the majority of replies here is about scam, we will disregard the "scam" thing here and let's say you are investing on a "legit" cloudmining company.

But since it will take time to discussed and explained it here, I want to you to read here some of important things you need to consider.

Cloud minings are just a waste of time. In fact you already answered your questions. All cloud mining sites are doin is gathering investors to invest to their site then pay some users to make it look real and once they've accumulated enough money they disappear. So basically it's a ponzi scheme.
