I have been poking around but I cant really find anything specific on the subject. Are people over clocking BFL singles? I have seen some people modding the fans and putting new PSU's but I haven't found anything talking about re-flashing or over clocking these little suckers. Any tips on improving performance would be greatly appreciated.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

If you can play with the voltages and the amount of juice you provide your hardware, and if the software permits, you sure can overclock it.  I attempted to overclock my Jupiters inside my uncle's industrial refrigerator room at his restaurant.  That was fun.

But you're not going to see a significant gain in doing this. And you'd have to make sure you have aple amiunt of cooling after you OC your chips.
