I understand that there are hurdles creating a decentralized mixing service, using the blockchain right now. The new service would address problems in the existing services and would be easier to use. We need a consultant to help us design such a service(Coding will be done by our team). He should have a good understanding of bitcoin technology and participation in existing projects.
