TWEX Platform after the completion of its ICO would allow trading of its smart contracts on the exchange. The smart contracts that would be created are of two types:-
1. Capital Repayment Smart Contract –
This contract is between the investor and the invested companies that would ensure
a. Return of the capital as part of the repayment done by each listed company on the exchange
b. This would be distributed across the years of return by each company.
c. The symbols and listing section depicits the smart contract capital repayment of each listed company. e.g.
d. Note that all capital contracts payment dates are given by paying companies and under their sole responsibility
e. Capital contracts are payable on a timing solely given by payee and computed in continuous in months from the date of funding.

2. Profit Participation Smart Contract –
This contract is with regards to sharing of profits by each company to TWEX investors. This would ensure
f. The profit percentage declared by the listed company year of year is passed on to the investor
g. The investor is aware of the planned profit percentage
h. All companies listed on our exchange pays 1% of their sales to the TWEX Ecosystem with an extra 0.5% being paid to enable us to continue to run the business and platform.
i. Percentage of profits payable by company, declared by company and under sole responsibility of paying company.
j. 30% of the profit of the platform
