The TAG coins will go into the webwallet, and you can cash them out manually by requesting via message or it will be automatic once the exchange is up since it uses the same deamons to accept/pay.
You can also invite others directly from within your contacts section in tagbond, share your referral code on facebook, or look for deals that you can share on a site for even more rewards.
It's free to create a community for your business, organisation etc, and free to create promotional TAGverts (coupons, polls, competitions, mini shopping carts etc - choose from 12 different Tagvert types). It's up to you how you want to reward your customers - other deals, membership upgrades in your community, crypto currency or cash.
