What sub forum do I post a giveaway/contest

Since giveaways are banned from alt subs, I have a giveaway that I need to post but not sure where it goes.
My give away does NOT require/need or even want people to make forum posts.
Its simply a giveaway to get  more people to join our Telegram Channel

If someone could advice on where to post this, I would appreciate it.
