I also like the progress in the actual project development. Some projects only have marketing and partnerships but show nothing real. NOBAR is also working on their code and other technical aspects. Seems like really good project so far

Many cryptocurrencies fail in the mission but there are also few successful cryptocurrencies to be a means of payment at least. Maybe if the concept of NOBAR this obviously could be a currency or at least become a means of payment of interest.

Are you sure you understood the meaning of the project correctly? Cryptocurrencies are already used as currencies, this is obvious. They will not replace conventional money or credit cards for a long time, but it is already possible to buy goods for them and even profitable. And I do not think that the regulation of cryptocurrency by the state will change this fact.

Id hosently be very surprised if this ICO doesn't sell all their ICO Cap almost immediately. The value this project brings to the real world is too big for investors to ignore, huge opportunity.
