Its one of the only coins in the green today, even against the dollar. Up close to 10% against BTC.

57% of all volume is traded on Polo (where they also list FCT for margin trading)...

Is something up with this coin, or is this the usual Pump and Dump shenanigans that have defined Polo since the beginning of time?
