How to update seraph_win_3_1_1 to seraph_win_3_2_1
I have installed seraph_win_3_2_1 and i don't know how to import the backup wallet from old version wallet to the new version.

You need to copy over the wallet.dat file from your previous wallet.  Just back it up somewhere then install the new wallet and open up the new wallet.  After sync is complete close the new wallet and replace the wallet.dat file with your backed up 3.1.1 version.  Reopen and voila

Crypto Bridge is a decent exchange,nothing fancy but gets the job done.
Some times it takes a while to place orders but its not Kraken....
I vote for CB. But if you can get binance, i wouldn't have a prob.
