Hello, can you briefly explain how Shivom will transform genomic data into useable information?

Shivom is building an ecosystem that involves distributed ledger architecture where other partner companies will add apps and services to a genomics storage and analytics platform. The omics and health care database that we are building will be the central part of this ecosystem and provide a significant portion of the value.
The core platform elements will be co-developed by our main customers (i.e. pharmaceutical companies), which will ensure that the platform has the widest possible adoption in our target market. Analytics and deep learning algorithms will be developed together with partner companies and academic groups. Special analytics/A.I. services, e.g. cloud-based genome analytics will primarily be provided by cloud analytics partners.
Together this platform ecosystem will aim to be the largest genomic and health care data hub around the globe, enabling this data to be accessible to every person globally.

Donors will be able to upload their data sets from websites like 23andme or Ancestry.com, or from another provider by uploading the data file to the SHIVOM platform. There is no cost to do this. Eventually, users will be able to order a DNA kit from SHIVOM directly. This way, donors will be able to provide their DNA sample and it will be analyzed for sequencing at ours or a partner lab, and then uploaded to a platform. The cost of the DNA kit will be only what’s required to cover the cost of materials and processing. We estimate this to be around $200.00.

A central part of our long-term plan is the establishment of a highly scalable ‘open-source’- research and drug development organization for the development of more effective, less costly, and safer therapeutics and precision medicine especially for low-income populations. The idea behind this future global player is that a whole pharmaceutical ecosystem can be placed on top of blockchain technology, paving the way to trusted and open R&D processes, trusted transactions between parties, powered by collective self-interest of a global community of independent investors. Shivom will primarily concentrate on age-related diseases (eg dementia), diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. With the availability of comprehensive “omic” assessment of an individual, including one's genome, microbiome, epigenome, metabolome, proteome, or autoantibodies, it has become clear that each of us has truly one-of-a-kind biological content. With collecting such individual health data provides Shivom with a remarkable and unprecedented opportunity to improve medical treatment and develop preventive strategies to preserve health; opening completely new business prospects.
