It could take 2 years for the market to recover

We had such situation  in the past in 2013-2015 when the bear market lasted for almost 2 years, to be more precise
23 months or 690 days It is proven in Crypto that emotions are not your friend  and  in such situations it is better to do
the opposite of what you think, as it is very difficult to predict when it will end.
