. Inquiring questions and seeing the answers and reading between the lines will help you do that. The second is keeping the client informed (Not On Everything) on areas of cosmetics and internet do and donts. I think these keys are significant for Business to Customer relations, they think that you understand what they are figuring. Are there any other questions that help get to the comfortability? Thanks!
