What's your review of this exchange?

I recently came across a Bitcoin exchange known as Virwox (https://www.virwox.com)
It allows you to exchange Bitcoins for other virtual currencies and you can then sell/buy them with credit card, PayPal, or Skrill.
I'm thinking of using it as an intermediary to send money from Skrill to PayPal, but before I'm going to use their services, I'd like to ask:
1. Does it request any identity verification (id card, driver license, etc)?
2. Does it have any hidden fees that are not mentioned on the FAQ?
3. Does it send you the money through PayPal on time?
4. What's your experience with them?

To be honest I've never heard of this exchange.

I'd rather recommend Coindeal - it's a good and checked exchange.

It is suspicious and never used it. Never heard of it, i strongly recomend not even touching it.
