I don't understand for why them need so much money for startup development. Big companies a long years ago were founded with 1kk investments. Only for speculations needs these money.

The limit should be such that in the further, it did not harm the project,that is,projects that gain a lot on the ico,and then settle, so the limit of 20-30 million is quite an adequate amount.

If you analyze the fund distribution of these type of projects, they have allocated huge amounts that I do not think they can justify if someone question about. Other thing is that we do not know how much they really spend on those areas and we do not care after we receive our tokens. My personal idea is, most of the project have very high margins of profit yet they hide it with a fake fund allocation chart.

It does depend on the ICO itself. It is also has strong ties to the whole supply/demand thing but
that an entirely different subject in and of itself. You can never tell for sure, that is the answer I am going with.

I really do not understand this post. Are you trying to run an ICO ? Your soft cap depend on the project and the cost you have as your budget. Soft cap is always test of the acceptance of the project by investors and normally 1/3 of the hard cap is mostly set by the team.

If a good project, and in it will be invested, it does not matter what kind of soft cap. if you choose from the proposed, then 2 million dollars

I think this kind of decision depends so much on the project and the team behind it. This is usually clearly indicated in the whitepaper/roadmap of any project the moment they are to be launched or launched. The importance of this is however that any project that have reached its soft cap can be said to be close to success.

Softcap was depend upon the quantity of ICO project if how much they are aimed to reached.In relation to ICO,in reaching softcap was very important for the investors ao that they are aure to invest the project.

It depends on the nature of the project, that how much minimum amount is required to run the project. Every ICO project has different stats for their soft cap, they calculate it keeping in mind different factors like how much investment needed for the development of a product, expenses required for marketing, team member expenses etc. If the ICO doesn't reach their softcap then the project is closed & funds are returned back to investors. So we can not determine how much exactly softcap an  ICO should have, they have to calculate the budget by considering the above factors.

I think ICO soft cap is the selling of coins with a small amount of tokens and just a limited slots only for investors.

This seems you don’t know much about ICOs, every project have their own strategy, roadmap, coin and sometimes own protocol, so their soft cap varies according to their project nature.
Soft cap doesn’t specify the worth or value of ICO, however their idea, team and partners shows the strength of project or ICO.

In my opinion, to run most of the projects on the basis of technology blockchain enough 2 million. Hard cap can consider 10-20 million. The main thing is to collect a minimum.

In my opinion, i don't really think so that they need a few millions to start the project. However i think they don't need a million money to provide the minimum amount of soft cap. But the team developers will only know what is the needs of the project if they already shared to there thread we have to invest to reach the minimum amount of soft cap to be successful.

Soft cap is the minimum for the team to develop and market their product. But it depends on their plan if they needed to travel abroad to promote their product then they really need a few millions.
