I have one of the first day orders (#510) and havent heard a damn thing about even a partial refund. Anyone have a good poc or anyone doing a class action on these guys?

Paypal and creditcard have had most success to get refunds.  But its been quite a while since order so those are harder now.

As far as BTC refunds they remain quiet on them.  They have not done their 50 percent scamish deal they posted.

Yeah, I paid in coin. Between Terrahash taking my coins, my Butterfly Jalapeno's that will never see a ROI if i ever get them, the money I wired to bitcoin-24 right before there assets got 'seized', and Cloudhash not giving me a working login to there pool site after buying a "premium support" plan....I'm doing fucking great in this bitcoin thing.

It's all gone down hill since my 6970's stopped being profitable.
