This appears to be a scam project, the devs are not responding, did not even pay the telegram admins. They were contractors and left too after not getting any response/payments from the team.

I wanted to invest but decided not too, but were still in the telegram group, quite surprising that no one is talking about them..

I think Indicated scam, because there are only BOT activity at Telegram Group and yes, the team still not appear to clarification this situation.

Well, I just checked Website, and I see they are still opening "Token Sale", really, Im not understand about this. I think, token sale has ended and they have raised ~$2,000,000 from that. (source: ICObench)
