The 2018 Winter Olympic Opening Ceremony
The Color team went to the 2018 Winter Olympics opening ceremony after successfully completing the Blockchain 3.0 conference (which we’ll cover in a later article). The opening ceremony was composed of six diverse artistic presentations that introduced the culture of the Olympic host country. The opening ceremony was held in a pentagonal outdoor stadium seating and 35,000 filled to the brim. It was a tremendous opportunity to be able to appreciate the performance of the Olympic opening ceremony held in our country, so the -4°C temperature did not seem to be a big obstacle to fully enjoying the show. After the countdown, a bell of peace was echoed and a full-scale opening ceremony began.

A Look Inside Seoul’s First Blockchain 3.0 Conference
Today wrapped up the Blockchain 3.0 conference in Seoul, South Korea. Although the weather outside was chilly, inside the conference hall was warm and energetic as hundreds of tech leaders from around the world gathered together to discuss the current state and the future of blockchains and cryptocurrencies. The speaker list read like a who’s-who of the cutting edge technology space. All too often those who work in the blockchain space get caught up in their own projects or are focusing on the next big ICO, but this conference reminded everyone that blockchains, like all technologies, exist in a greater context.
