It is called as lottery for a reason, even if you have 1 ticket you will be able to win but of course the chance for you to win will be lower than those with alot more. Also it is not rare for this kind of thing to happen in freebitco.in, it has happened few times as well . You might want to check few rounds back and you will find few similar cases

Here's another example , Someone actually won the 1st prize with only 104 tickets. With total of over 330 million tickets, thats around 0.000031 % chance to win
