Binance is removing fun/btc pair, does it have any impact on the price?

I also saw their announcement about it. As for me, the FUN/BTC pair looks unprofitable for users because one sat is ~3% of the current token price, and it's a big spread. So I think delisting this trading pair shouldn't significantly affect the price of the FUN token, especially since the main trading volumes are on the FUN/USDT pair.

That is something people never truly understood in the crypto world unfortunately. I am not saying that people are wrong to not check it, I understand that we are all humans and we all make mistakes here and there which is understandable. However the reality is that many people never learned to check the mempool or basically the latest situation in the gas fee situation and see how it could be higher for a while and drop later on.

The talks about "gas fees are super high right now" is true in a sense, sure it is not this high, but it is not cheap even when it is on the lower side neither, so when they go and see that it is super expensive then they think this is the "expensive" people talk about and pay it and then complain about it. Only if they checked that the "expensive" talk we have is much lower than that small period, they would get it for cheap. This is not just about here, it is true in almost every part of DeFi world as well.

That is the point, friend, premium benefits. I'm not really worried about FUN price since we still have access to free spins and extra daily interest on bitcoin investment. And if the price of the token drops too much, it can be an interesting opportunity for new investors to buy for the first time, or for the older ones to increase the range of their premium benefits inside the platform, by purchasing more tokens.

The only issue would be if premium benefits were reduced, just like the winning chance of wheel of fortune for better prizes, but I don't think Freebitco.in would do this...

It looks like the high trading volume on the FUN/BTC pair was only due to news, and I'm sure that activity on this trading pair was much less before that announcement. As I said earlier, delisting only this pair shouldn't affect anything. It would be a big step back for the project if Binance decided to delist all trading pairs of the FUN token. Fortunately, it won't happen.

Look at the futures market, everyone deals with USDT there too, does that make BTC a bad coin? Of course not and it is totally understandable.

So, this is why FUN/USDT is the most important pair and that one staying would be a lot more important than BTC one, it would have been bad if they delisted the stablecoin version. Launch of XFUN will definitely have some benefit, I am not saying that it will suddenly make it an insanely good project overnight, but it will definitely help it a small bit.
