I"m running BFGminer and CGminer-nogpu on the same PC for the first time.
BFGminer working fine and so is cgminer but I'm getting a lot of error messages on cgminer "BitForce detected failed to initialse. Can i just ignore these?

I run USB Asics on BFGminer and scrypt mine with CGminer on the same system with no errors.

Are you mining BTC with Cgminer as well? When I was doing that I got a whole bunch of "icarus failed to initialize" errors, but my pool was still showing good shares from BFGminer coming through. I wasn't able to figure out how to keep cgminer from looking for asics, didn't really care much since I was switching to scrypt.

Should be ok though, just annoying!

Please DO NOT send me private messages asking for help setting up GPU miners. I will not respond!!!
