Well its not really advisable to sell your bitcoin/altcoins during bear market season especially to op's situation because he bought his coins during peaked price thus if you sell now you cant get back your capital. If you dont need your money yet then keep hodling because at the moment that's the best decision to take. Be patient, the market is so volatile and the current situation is just temporary.

You HODL your Bitcoins all the way till $7k when it was quite evident that market will suffer bear phase. Now, max Bitcoin can touch is $6k. Below that there is a big support that won't let Bitcoin dump any further. So, either you can HODL it back again to Nov-Dec when market is expected to reach peak back again or jump in some other coins which have some recent updates and developments coming. You only need 200% profit to nullify the loss you took. I won't say this much is easy to get but is quite reachable. Just learn trading and start with paper trading.

I agree with you . The last few months of the year are the best time to sell assets as this is the time when many people will start to make profit and all whales will leave the market for a long time. I think this is the time for people to buy and hold for several months because the market will go to the moon in the end
