I know I can't prevent people from using clone accounts to receive coins, but the thread is getting spammed with new users who created an account after I opened the topic.
This is probably done by people who want a larger piece of the pie. Sometimes 3 in a row with just minutes between registration.

Because of that, a new rule has been added to the OP:

The rules:
- 1 Pennies address per user allowed
- your Pennies address has to be posted within 3 days from now (look at time/date stamp of this topic)
- after 3 days I will share 1,000,000,000 Pennies between the addresses posted in this topic
- calculation and transaction ID's will be posted so everyone can see it's a fair giveaway
- to prevent the creation of clones to claim a larger share, only user accounts created before I started this topic will receive Pennies.

Accounts that were created after I started this thread won't receive coins. This rule is not negotiable.

Yes it does seem many are not upgrading...mine is synched and mining still, getting coins too. Upgrade people, next version will disconnect wallets older than 0.9.4.
