We acquire large blocks of IP addresses at favorable prices, sub-divide these IP address blocks into smaller blocks, monetize them by running a set of proven services on them and lease them out to customers on a long-term basis, ultimately selling them in the marker for a profit 2-3 years later. Similar model to real estate: buy a large plot of land, sub-divide it, bring in utilities and build houses, lease the houses, watch the value grow with time and improvements, and then sell the house and land for a profit. |
