PreCoin is a experimental homemade cryptocurrency. You may call PreCoin a shitcoin, it probably is. We are not here to compete with more serious coins (but we are serious in our way). We don't want to enterprise mining and monetization by some electric-consumption-difficulty-interest-market logic that we don't even understand clearly. PreCoin is actually nearly useless as a cryptocurrency, it's code was not meant to be too much elaborated, the coin sole purpose is to serve as a indirect ticket that gives you a realistic chance to win Bitcoins.
 
PreCoin is a scrypt based cryptocurrency provided with a fast transfer configuration (at least). It's unique in being 100% premined and planned to be entirely distributed (for those who wanna buy it and join the raffle). PreCoin distribution is promoted by a simple raffle system that will prize three amounts of the total sum of Bitcoins raised by its purchasing oriented distribution.

PreCoin is for people who enjoy Bitcoins and betting, it's inspired by some online BTC lottery games, but offer a simplistic philosofy: 'Why not create a Bitcoin pot where everyone can win part of the sum with realistic chances through a simple and not complicated raffle?' (Have you ever saw how truncated and complicaded most of the online BTC lotteries work? Those Bitcoin cassinos are irritating with theirs artificially mathematical complicated raffle rules). We don't want to be like that.

PreCoin process is simple as follows - people buy packs of 1000 PreCoins for very small fractions of Bitcoin (ticket numbers are given), and when all Precoins sold out, the total amount will be divided betwen three random lucky numbers and betwen the developers. The developers will have a amount bigger than the winners of course, because they coded this shitcoin and created it's shitsite, losing time and energy in the process.

The raffle process will be totally transparent.

Well, and if everything goes right, PreCoin can become a well distributed cryptocurrency organization owned by its own users (even if it's not worthy). We will hand over the masternodes to the community - we actually don't know how to do that, thus we will soon open a thread to openly discuss with our customers, the best way to proceed.

What's technology behind this project, Is it an ERC Token?

Why not do this:
1-Users send money to gamble, while picking two different numbers between 1 and 10.
2-At day X, an random number between 1 and 10 is selected.
3-If one of the two numbers you selected, you are an winner.
4-All the losers bitcoins are split between winners, based at amount of money they betted. And also winners keep their original bet.
5-All the precoins are split between the winners based at the amount of coins they betted.


The idea is that from your main posts you sounded like your coin is mostly a test coin. This way the winners keep also bitcoins they betted (plus losers money).
It also split the precoins to more than 3 guys (plus developers).
