Per the guidelines I have to post something and wait 4 hours to get PM capabilities. Like many people, I too have been a victim of Butterfly Labs. I saw a very very hopeful thread where lajz99 was helping people get refunds for their pre-order purchases they made many months ago and never received. I really would like to get ahold of this person and ask of their assistance!

When I first got into BTC I was pretty eager and made a variety of purchases, all which worked out for me. They worked out because I was able to use my resources within a certain timeframe. When my equipment never arrived from BFL, I continued to wait, hopeful that this resource would come in use. I'm no longer hopeful.

After 4 hours you can also post in those topics. You'll need atleast 10 post before you can PM. So just wait for a few hours, and you can ask all your questions in the BFL topics. Good luck!

Do you know what happens when you PM someone before 10 posts? I was able to send a PM to them, and it shows up in my Outbox. Does this mean it went through, or do you think it's being held until I make 10 posts?

I really don't want to make 10 posts if I don't have to... seems like I will just be abusing the forums to overcome this limitation, when I just want to contact them for this and send them a tip for the help.
