How this user got custom title?

1.I understand that you can get cuatom title with donation as becoming vip or donor.
2.I understand that back in early days we had option of custom title.

I am more older than the below mentioned nut but still has no custom title, why?

I am going to go with that they asked theymos really nice and he gave it to them, I think that blazed did that, or maybe he has it because he is staff? I thought he asked nicely for it.

I think if you donate a certain amount of BTC you can get the option for a custom title.

Age of an account, isn't the only deciding factor for obtaining one (How we do get custom titles?):

If I had to guess I would say you have to a) be a respectable, long standing member, and b) ask nicely
