No, only the ones who buy the tokens during first 60 minutes will. So the bonus can be obtained only in the first 60 minutes after the start of ISO? Very limited time, many may not be in time. |

I’m glad that there will be several options offered. But how will the main one chosen? The property manager that receives the highest support of the entire membership i.e. 100,000 BSPT is accepted. The selection process itself will be as transparent as possible. |

Two incentives are provided to local real estate businesses. 1) With added liquidity and multiple buyers, they can achieve higher purchase prices than competitors selling to only 1 single buyer. 2) They receive 0.3% on each trade after a property hits the decentralized exchange markets. The incentive is built-in the PropToken contract. The fee is paid in property tokens, so the incentive is to have a well kept property and create high demand for those property tokens. |

Any company can become a certified partner, but to deploy PropToken contracts, it needs to hold BST tokens on the registered account. |
