I know that is probably a lot of money to you, but in the long run, it's a very small price to pay to learn an important life's lesson.  You bought BTC as a pure speculative investment (because there is no intrinsic value in it), and many times you just get burned when you speculate.  This is almost certainly one of those cases.  At this point, you just need to decide whether you really need some of that money back, or whether you should just write it off and keep the Bitcoin in case it comes back in price some day (doubtful to me).  Good luck.

You are not alone on this my friend. So many people are tired, myself included. Prices have dropped drastically and we  can do nothing but just watch as our coins fall below half their values. This market is quite depressing and it is because I do not wish to sell at a loss which is why I am still holding onto my coins. I am almost at my limit with this market.

It is normal to get discourage and out of panic run out of system because of the price crash of bitcoin and ethereum majorly. It is good to know that the price will revive again. It has happened to bitcoin in the time past before it became so popular today. Meanwhile, u should buy more of eth and bitcoin if you can afford it.

What is all this fuss about? Bitcoin has recovered really well. Have you forgotten when only last month it was something like $5000. Look at it now. The price is riding high at more than $7000. That is a great price. It is something like $2000 more. So there is no issue, and if we look at the profits since last month dip then it is 40% which is great. The main thing is to keep ahead.

Well, at least you didn't even invest that much, there are many people who invested way more money than you and have lost 70-80%, so I wouldn't complain too much. Nobody of course likes this situation.

if i have enough money to sustain me in the following weeks or months ,waiting will not be an issue for me.
But i admit its really hard this days to hodl some potential coins that i have but im hanging on.

Yes this is the best time to buy as the price is going down again. As long you did not sell your coins you had the opportunity to be profitable when the price will bounce back. Although the long waiting can be disappointing but we should be patient as this is volatile market and we will loss our funds if we will sell at lower price.

Actually mate you have a point on that as we all know patience is a virtue. Welk, basically we wait because there is a great return in the future. Also, in some point we feel so tired due to the outcome on what we are waiting and in the worst situation we just waiting and so very low amount of profit which may lead a disappointment and depressed. Welk, it's part on our life , if you are lucky enough you can have a great amount but if you not better luck next time since there is always a chance for the next opportunity.

Look on the bright side, it could be a lot worse. A lot of altcoins are down 80-90%.

When you started investing, you should have known that the cryptocurrenct market is a volatile market, and you can gain/lose a lot of more in a short time. If you want less risk, stick to traditional markets.

If you believe the technology in the coins you have will be used in the future and keep growing, keep them.

Most investors set a timeframe on their investment.. Do you want to cash out in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? If so, give it time. You have not invested a lot anyway, so why do you need to check the portfolio 24/7? Markets go up and down. Stop constantly worring and check your balance in one year from now.

I hope that you will not need to wait for longer. The time is closer to us which the predictors have predicted that the price will again start to increase. At I am sure that those people who afraid from the price fall and removed their money from bitcoin will once again put their money in bitcoin and they will once again start to invite their friends and family to invest in bitcoin and the price will once again start to increase.

So almost all of the crypto coins nowadays are already falling.In this tough times,as much as possible we should avoid selling but if you really want that money,you can sell your coins now but don't regret if the price bounce back and then the value rises again.Although a lot are making panic selling already,i still believe that there are still lot of bitcoiners who prefer to hold their coins over a long period of time and wait for the right time to sell their coins in their target selling price.

Me too,  i have been holding, sometimes i get disappointed with my investment.  I am started to panic and think that bitcoin price won't increase again because its getting lower again and again.

This has been the concern of every investor, they are holding at a loss, especially those eth holders, you can either sell now and avoid further loss or you can wait but it will take a little longer, the decision will always be yours since you know what are into.

Waiting is really tiring, especially when we do not know how long to wait. Bitcoin has prove its worth for quite some time already so let us not waver in waiting. It is just going through its downtrend this time.
