Its very easy to wait when you just enter to market or start buying btc or eth on that price  but it is not really hard to see that you blockfolio -70-80% now .

It is normal, you should accept the fact . Never sell on your loss, that is normal on every market. There are ups and downs, you should hold first. If you sell in loss, you lost. Everything in cryptocurrency are very risky, you should be aware everytime.
